Netherlands – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – Deelauto's Ede-Centrum

The municipality of Ede wishes to put the operation of car-sharing cars in Ede-Centrum and electric cargo bike-sharing in the entire municipality of Ede on the market by means of concessions. With these concessions, the municipality aims to achieve a qualitative, sustainable and accessible offer of car-sharing cars and electric cargo bikes, in line with the spatial development of the centre and the mobility tasks of the municipality. Given the different markets and the different concession areas for car-sharing cars and electric cargo bikes, the municipality has chosen to request these concessions by means of two tenders: one for electric cargo bikes and one for car-sharing cars. This tender concerns the tender for car-sharing cars. The contract concerns the concession for the operation of car-sharing cars within the area of operation of the Mobility Fund, as shown in Annex 2. The concession includes at least: • the operational availability of the car-sharing cars • the management and maintenance of the vehicles; • customer service; • monitoring and reporting; • and other tasks as further elaborated in the Programme of Requirements.
