EXPERT SUPERVISION AND WORKPLACE SAFETY COORDINATOR FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE GRAVEYARD EXPANSION WORKS AT GAJ URNI CPV code and title: 71521000-6

For the works to be carried out according to the main project Expansion of the Gaj urni cemetery as part of the Mirogoj Cemetery Crematorium, project common code: GP-06-06/2020 and for which a building permit has been issued (Decision on the amendment and/or supplementation of the building permit, CLASS: UP/I-361-03/24-01/002272, REGISTRATION NUMBER: 251-10-22-1/051-25-0011 of 04.04.2025., final from 30.04.2025.), it is desired to ensure the service of expert supervision and workplace safety coordinator for the execution of the subject works. The main project includes an architectural and landscape project, a structural engineering project and a plumbing engineering project. Pursuant to Article 18 of the Construction Act (NN 155/25), the investor will ensure expert supervision of the execution of the works and, pursuant to Article 73 of the Work Safety Act (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18, 96/18), will also ensure a workplace safety coordinator. Expert supervision and workplace safety will be carried out on works that include: 1. completion of already designed and partially executed walls A and B (which were initially planned as retaining walls in the function of landslide remediation) to be converted into columbarium walls in such a way that an above-ground structure is added to wall A, then both walls are finished with a final brick cladding and columbarium niches are installed, whereby their function and load-bearing structure will not be changed. 2. construction of a total of eight (new) burial plots which will be constructed through four operational units (plots 49 - 56) for which four operational permits will be issued. The new burial plots are located at Gaj urni as part of the Mirogoj Cemetery Crematorium, on the southern part of plot 3200/1, cadastral municipality Gračani. The area covered is approximately 39,526 m2, is located southeast of the Crematorium building, and also includes the existing forest within the cemetery, and the entire area will also be landscaped. The project works for the expansion of the Gaj urni cemetery for which the service that is the subject of this public procurement is ensured, is designated in the EOJN with the code 949-2026-EVV. The estimated value of the works is 11,300,000.00 EUR excluding VAT.
