1. The subject of the contract is: the service of comprehensive cleaning of premises, including window cleaning, in the Sports Facilities of the University of Wrocław at 10 Z. M. Przesmyckiego Street, Wrocław. 2. The total area to be cleaned is 5005.56 m2: a) internal area – 2 976.31 m2 b) window area (measured on both sides) – 1002.5 m2 c) glazed surfaces (doors, showcases, partition walls - area measured on 2 sides): 138.75 m2 d) lighting: 750 m2 e) walls in the sports hall covered with sheet metal: 138 m2 3. The detailed scope of tasks, their frequency, list of premises, areas and organisational and technical requirements have been specified in Annex No. 3 to the Tender Specification – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 4. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the contract and the payment conditions have been indicated in Annex No. 4 to the Tender Specification – Draft Contract Terms.
