1. The subject of the procurement is "Cleaning and maintenance service for the District Court in Rzeszow and the District Courts in Leżajsk, Łańcute, Ropczyce and Strzyżow - for a period of 12 months" divided into 5 parts. 2. The procurement consists of the following parts: Part 1 - "Daily cleaning and maintenance service for the District Court in Rzeszow and the Advisory Group of Judicial Specialists"; Part 2 - "Daily cleaning and maintenance service for the District Court building in Leżajsk"; Part 3 - "Daily cleaning and maintenance service for the District Court building in Łańcute". Part 4 - "Daily cleaning and maintenance service for the District Court building in Ropczyce"; Part 5 - "Daily cleaning and maintenance service for the District Court buildings in Strzyżow"; 3. The detailed "Description of the subject of the procurement" including the division into parts is contained in Annexes 1A-1E to the SWZ.
