4.1. Within the scope of the works, it is planned to tidy up and clean the indicated forest parks within the City of Łódź, as well as to preserve and/or restore ecosystems, natural habitats, and populations of species occurring in the area of Łódź under natural conditions. The development of green areas in the City, investments in parks, including increasing and protecting biodiversity, results from the implementation of the statutory goals of the City.

4.2. The task is carried out with funds from the EU within the framework of the European Funds for Łódź 2027 (Action FELD.02.16 Biodiversity – Integrated Territorial Investments Łódź Metropolitan Area).

4.4. The Purchaser does not envisage awarding the contract in parts. The subject of the contract is the execution of a comprehensive service in a consistent and analogous manner for all the indicated areas. Therefore, the optimal solution will be the execution of the task by one entity. The lack of division of the contract into parts does not limit the accessibility for small and medium-sized enterprises.

4.5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, and in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 7 to SWZ.

33.1. Based on art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Purchaser requires the Contractor or Subcontractor, based on an employment relationship, to employ persons performing the tasks indicated by the Purchaser within the scope of the contract implementation, if the performance of these tasks involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), i.e. persons performing tasks involving maintenance and outdoor work, in particular: manual collection, segregation, loading and moving of waste, maintenance work, mowing and removing litter, performing maintenance and gardening work, as well as tidying up and reclaiming the area.

33.2. The Purchaser has the right to request the Contractor to present a photocopy of the current employment contract. The photocopy of the contract should include the first and last name of the employed person, the date of conclusion of the contract, the type of employment contract, the scope of duties of the employee.

33.3. The type of tasks related to the implementation of the contract, as well as the method of verifying the employment of these persons and the Purchaser's rights in the scope of control over the fulfilment by the Contractor of the requirements related to the employment of these persons, as well as the sanctions for their non-fulfilment, have been specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) and in the contract template (Appendix No. 7 to SWZ).

27. INFORMATION ON FORESEEABLE CONTRACTS, AS REFERRED TO IN ART. 214 PARA. 1 POINTS 7 AND 8 OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW, IF THE PURCHASER FORESEES THE AWARD OF SUCH CONTRACTS

The Purchaser does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
