Execution of a settlement operation with the identification and mapping of forest plant communities and their assignment to forest natural habitats, along with an assessment of their conservation status, for the Forest Districts of Podanin and Kaczory, as of 1 January 2029.

Forest District of Podanin:

1. Total area – 18459.30 ha.

2. Number of forest districts – 2.

3. Number of forest complexes (according to the current revision) – 94 units.

4. Number of forestries – 11.

5. Habitat layout - Percentage share of habitat groups by fertility (pines, mixed pines, forests) and by degree of moisture (dry, fresh, wet, marshy), as of 27.07.2026.

6. Area covered by the study – 17450.26 ha, including:

• forested and non-forested forest land – 17450.26 ha,

• land for afforestation – 0.00 ha.

The contracting authority reserves the right to change (+/-) the study area by up to 100 ha, which may result from verification of land records, real estate turnover (exchanges, purchase/sale), transfer or termination of management during the performance of development works, final determination of land designated for afforestation, which however will not affect the amount of remuneration.

7. The aim of the works is to identify and inventory the habitats, which are expressed in habitat units (soil, forest habitat type, habitat condition, plant community or association with their assignment to natural habitats, forest stand type), and to present the results in a descriptive and cartographic form as a habitat elaboration and habitat maps. As part of the study, it is planned to carry out full (Section 2, paragraph 4, IUL part II of 2023) habitat documentation.

II. Forest District of Kaczory

1. Total area – 16705.48 ha.

2. Number of forest districts – 1.

3. Number of forest complexes (according to the current revision) – 104.

4. Number of forestries – 10.
