The subject of the procurement are the services of a Payment Service Provider (PSP), namely in particular the electronic processing of ticket sales via all digital distribution channels, which are operated by the customers themselves. This service is to be made available via a framework agreement to the transport companies organised in the RMV and NVV as well as the distribution service provider (VDL; the rms GmbH) commissioned by the RMV. These entitled parties are listed in the procurement documents, see D 3 Entitled Parties. The PSP also assumes the function of a credit card acquirer and a factorer.
