Belgium – Refuse disposal and treatment – Raamovereenkomst voor ophaling, transport en verwerking van afvalfracties en huur van afval recipiënten voor de Provincie Oost-Vlaanderen 2027-2032

Subject of these services: Framework agreement for the collection, transport and processing of waste fractions and rental of waste receptacles for the Province of East Flanders 2027-2032

Explanation: This framework contract includes the rental of various types and sizes of waste receptacles, the collection, transport and processing of the waste, and this in accordance with the provisions of the waste decree and all applicable European, federal and regional regulations. The contract relates to the waste produced within the various sites belonging to the Province of East Flanders. These include 7 provincial domains, 26 provincial schools/learning sites, heritage centres, training centres for emergency services, the provincial house and various administrative buildings. The contract does not confer an exclusive right to the contractor. If for occasional and/or very specific waste materials the contractor cannot make a favourable offer, the contracting authority may award this to a firm that makes a better offer. Certain very specific waste fractions such as manure and laboratory waste do not fall under this contract.

Place of service provision: All buildings, domains and heritage of the provincial administration and para-provincial institutions, located in the territory of the Province of East Flanders.
