SBH | Schulbau Hamburg is tasked with planning and constructing educational buildings with consideration for user needs and economic principles, as well as generally maintaining and managing them. The educational buildings comprise all plots of land and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools, as well as apartments for trainees. The total area of the educational building plots is approximately 9.1 million sq m and the main usable area approximately 3.1 million sq m. This includes approximately 350 schools to be rented to the Authority for School and Vocational Training, as well as the expansion of capacities for trainee accommodation. In this capacity, SBH has been commissioned to build new apartments for trainees. Lot 1: 1 building at Fabriciusstr. 150 including a day care centre on the ground floor, and Lot 2: 2 buildings at Ausschläger Weg 11 in Hamburg. For further details, see section 5.1 of the notice.
