Creos Luxembourg S.A. currently operates a vulnerability management solution and wishes to renew and extend its vulnerability management capabilities through a new contractual framework covering the following elements:

• Vulnerability Management licences

• Operational support service

• Recurring vulnerability management service

• Optional: Policy Compliance

• Optional: Enterprise TruRisk Management (ETM) capabilities and integrations with third-party solutions

• Optional: Integrations with third-party security and IT service management (ITSM) tools, including, but not limited to, ServiceNow, AWS Inspector and Microsoft Defender

Contract duration

The contract will include:

• an initial duration of three (3) years;

• two renewal options of one (1) year each.
