The procurement concerns a web-based documentation system/operational system to be used within AB Soloms operations to document, manage and structure information about the customer's housing/customers ("users"). The system is referred to in the procurement as a journal system. The areas of use that appear from section 1.1.5 Current Description should also be covered by the new journal system. The journal system shall be delivered as a SaaS service (Software as a service), i.e. a comprehensive commitment regarding the entire delivery, including implementation, licences, operation, updates, security, support and access.
