I-Team (Information Systems Directorate of the La Poste Group), DSIO (Information Systems Directorate of the Technical Directorate of the Services-Courier-Package Branch of La Poste), DSIBA (Information Systems Directorate of La Banque Postale and Insurance), Chronopost and Alturing wish to acquire server/chassis maintenance services, storage racks, backup equipment, and associated services. These maintenance services are carried out on servers provided by third parties of La Poste and the subsidiaries La Banque Postale, Chronopost and Alturing. The services concern (i) preventive, evolutionary and corrective maintenance, (ii) technical support and (iii) equipment reassurance. The geographical scope of the global market is Metropolitan France, Corsica and the Overseas Territories. The purchasing group consists of: - La Poste, - La Banque Postale (RCS 421 100 645, 115 rue de Sèvres 75275 Paris Cedex 06) - Chronopost (RCS 383 960 135, 3 boulevard Romain Rolland 75014 Paris) - Alturing (RCS 403 340 029, 3 boulevard Romain Rolland 75014 Paris) La Poste acts as the coordinator of the purchasing group. The hosting of La Poste's personal data must be located within the European Union (EU), a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union. The consultation file that will be sent to the selected service providers will specify the elements related to this requirement. The services of the present market constitute for the subsidiary La Banque Postale of La Poste (i) an ICT service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA non FCI) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on the digital operational resilience of the financial sector. As such, the contract must include enhanced contractual obligations, particularly in terms of security, confidentiality, subcontracting, monitoring, management and follow-up of services. By tendering for the present market, the tenderer acknowledges that it must comply with the specific requirements related to the said banking regulations. The contract is not divided into lots.
