The contract covers framework agreements for the purchase of trees, conifers, hedge plants, shrubs, climbing plants, roses, perennials, ferns, and grass and seasonal flowers (spring, summer, and autumn flowers) and accessories such as soil, fertiliser, support bands, stakes, water bags, etc. The framework agreement is divided into two (2) parts, see below.
