In the implementation of the project, the contracting authority, taking into account the recommendation of the jury and the conditions specified in § 8 Abs.2 RPW 2013 as well as the provisions of the VgV, will award one of the prizewinners with further services according to § 34 HOAI 2021 (Building and Interior Design) and § 39 HOAI 2021 (Landscape Design), in phases (Phase 1: LPH 1-3, Phase 2: LPH 4, Phase 3: LPH 5). If the award of the complete execution planning (LPH 5) to one of the prizewinners of the competition is not considered necessary due to the type of awarding the construction services, the contracting authority will ensure, by appropriately awarding the prizewinner with partial services of LPH 5 to 8 or corresponding consulting services, that the quality of the competition design is implemented in planning and construction (e.g. standard details, plan approval, performance description, bid evaluation, quality control, etc.).
