The subject of the contract is the selection of contractors to carry out periodic delivery of laboratory consumables and reagents for the needs of the Clinical Laboratory of UMBALIPD "Prof. Ivan Kirilov" EAD in 5 separate positions: SEPARATE POSITION 1 - Consumables and reagents for GAS ANALYZER RADIOMETER ABL 800 FLEX SEPARATE POSITION 2 - Substrates, enzymes and consumables for Biochemical analyzer Selectra Pro S SEPARATE POSITION 3 - TESTS FOR ANALYZER FINECARE WONDFO SEPARATE POSITION 4 - Consumables for portable hematological analyzer Aquila SEPARATE POSITION 5 - Consumables for portable gas analyzer SG1. Separate positions from № 6 to 14 are awarded in accordance with Article 20, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act. In accordance with Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authorities may award separate positions in the manner valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate position does not exceed 80 000 euros for supplies and services and 510 000 euros for construction and the total value of the separate positions awarded in this way does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the contract. For separate positions with № from 6 to 11, both conditions are met – the estimated value of the positions is 6 292,99 euros, without VAT (below 9 203.25 euros and does not exceed 80 000 euros) and the total value of all positions does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the present contract.
