The requested service consists of the provision of temporary workers for general functions from scale 6 according to the CAO Works for Water Authorities on behalf of the contracting authority. The functions concern administrative, project-based and supporting functions. Additionally, (to a lesser extent) (light) technical or specialist functions may be requested. The job descriptions are (non-exhaustively) included in Annex 6. Incidentally, the contracting authority itself can also submit candidates for the fulfillment of a vacancy, therefore, hiring on the basis of payrolling (payroll services) also falls within the scope of the Contract. The brokerage function also falls within the scope of the Contract, thereby the contracting authority offers the possibility that the contractor can also fill a vacancy with candidate(s) from other temporary work agencies that must also be ABU/NBBU certified.
