Poland – Water meters – Modernizacja sieci wodociągowej poprzez wdrożenie systemu zarządzania stratami wody oraz zdalnego odczytu wodomierzy w Gminie Nowa Sucha

The subject of this contract is the modernisation of the water supply network through the implementation of a water loss management system and remote water meter reading as part of the project "Modernisation of the water supply network through the implementation of a water loss management system and remote water meter reading in the Municipality of Nowa Sucha", co-financed from the funds of the regional programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Mazowsza 2021-2027, covering: 1) construction of a telemetric monitoring system for the water supply network in the area of the Municipality of Nowa Sucha along with a flow monitoring system at distribution points (network metering with the possibility of remote flow reading in specified areas/sections of the network), 2) installation of flow meters with remote reading function at water treatment stations, 3) replacement of all active water meters with water meters operating in the remote reading system, 4) implementation of a remote water meter reading system (including the purchase of necessary devices, software). 2. Additionally, to implement the system, the purchase of a server for visualisation, a backup server, a hard drive array, and backup is planned. Taking into account the needs of the residents in terms of more efficient handling of matters, the contractor will launch an information and payment platform for the clients of the Office (eBOK). Two e-services will also be implemented: 1) a service providing access to electronic invoices with the possibility of online payment. 2) a service providing access to the current meter reading and historical billing states. 3.
