Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2025-10

The health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is indicated by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredients, active ingredient combinations or dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are - unless the contract provides otherwise - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting party under the framework agreement on pharmaceutical supply pursuant to Section 129 (2) SGB V. The contract is concluded under the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted; uniform conditions apply. The health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting parties. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.10.2025 (any deviations in start times result from the information provided for the corresponding lot). The contract ends no later than 30.09.2027 (any exceptions result from the information provided for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
