The contract concerns the comprehensive design assignment (Total Engineering) for the renovation/ new construction of the school location in Almelo. The works include the architectural, structural and technical installation design, including the necessary building physics, fire safety and sustainability advice and elaborations. The various disciplines participate in the design team. The project concerns the renovation/ new construction of the school location at Bornerbroeksestraat 348 in Almelo with 10,814 m2 usable floor area. It involves a location for secondary education (vmbo) and mbo education and the total available budget is estimated at approximately 17 million excl. VAT. Approximately 250 employees work at the Almelo location. The integration plan takes into account approximately 800 VMBO students and approximately 600 MBO students.
