The subject of the public contract is the provision of expert services in the field of fire protection and occupational safety and health for the contractor's facilities/locations (these are the contractor's facilities/locations managed by the Department of Services of the Ministry of Health, a total of 24 facilities/locations) in the scope of the contractor's obligations in the field of fire protection and occupational safety and health arising from generally binding legal regulations (with the exception of matters within the remit of the personnel department, the performance of equipment and asset inspections, and the role of the OSH coordinator on the construction site). The performance will also include the ongoing updating of the contractor's existing fire protection and occupational safety and health documentation, including its ongoing refinement, if required by generally binding legal regulations. As part of the performance, training services for employees in the field of fire protection and occupational safety and health will also be provided.
