This procurement concerns the conclusion of a contract with a single contractor for the supply of clothing for police personnel, for a period of 48 months, to the Police Zone Rivierenland. This is a non-exclusive contract without a purchase obligation. Consequently, despite the conclusion of this contract by the contracting authority Police Zone Rivierenland on the basis of a subject to call-off contract, the PZ Rivierenland is free to order elsewhere during the contract period or to place no order. The contractor may not claim compensation for this. Indicative scope of the contract: The indicative value of the contract over the entire period is set at € 2,600,000 excl. VAT. The contracting authority points out to the tenderers that in determining this indicative value, no account was taken of the estimated quantities included in the inventory and this indicative value therefore does not form an indication of the tender amount with which the tenderer can be registered. It is the indicative value of the contract, determined on the basis of the likely quantities to be ordered over all call-offs that can be placed within the contract. The orders within this contract will be made by means of call-offs based on an order. To be able to control the scope of the contract, the expenditures within the contract will be monitored and measures will be taken as described below to prevent the indicative value of the contract from being exceeded. To enable monitoring, the contractor must also ensure the appropriate reporting on the take-up volumes (see further). The contracting authority reserves the right to take measures if, on the basis of the monitoring of the take-ups, it becomes clear that the indicative value of the contract is at risk of being exceeded. Such measures may include: - Refusing a call-off under this contract; - Limiting the allowed global take-up volumes (in euros) for the further duration of the contract; - Initiating a new contract for the conclusion of a new contract during the duration of the current contract.
