Poland – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Zakup komory laminarnej oraz urządzenia do pakowania odpadów cytostatycznych wraz z zgrzewarką w ramach realizacji projektu pn.: „Poprawa warunków pracy pracowników Katowickiego Centrum Onkologii.”.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of a laminar flow cabinet and a device for packaging cytotoxic waste, including a sealer, as part of the implementation of the project entitled: „Improvement of working conditions for employees of the Katowice Oncology Centre.” 2. The contractor ensures that this contract will be implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and environmental protection. The contractor commits to providing the subject of the contract in a manner that minimizes the impact on the environment and to informing the Contracting Authority about the actions taken in this regard if necessary. 3. The technical and functional parameters of the equipment are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. The contract also includes: 1) transport of the equipment (hereinafter referred to in the SWZ as equipment/apparatus) to the destination, 2) installation and commissioning, 3) staff training and handover of the medical equipment for use, along with all necessary certificates and certificates, 4) a 24-month warranty counted from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor the „Final Acceptance Protocol of the subject of the contract”. 5) As part of the warranty, the Contractor guarantees the operability of the medical equipment, including: • service inspections with all necessary parts for their performance, in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements • all repairs, inspections, maintenance with spare parts and materials needed for their performance, • repair and replacement of parts with new ones, with the exception of situations where the damage is caused by improper use of the device, software, • extension of the warranty for the period of unavailability of the subject of the contract in the event of warranty repairs, • commencement of repair within 48 hours from the date of reporting the failure (working days), • repair time without the need to import parts from abroad: max. 3 days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, • repair time requiring import of parts from abroad: max. 5 days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, • total unavailability* of the medical equipment (in the event of a failure) will not exceed 20 working days in 12-month periods * unavailability is the lack of operability of the medical equipment preventing the performance of all procedures with its use for more than 24 hours in a 24-hour period, including faults. 6) delivery of factory-new, unused medical equipment, with a year of manufacture not earlier than 2025. 5. The task will be implemented as part of the European Funds for Śląskie 2021-2027 (allocation – EFS+) no. FESL.05.13-IZ.01-0E57/24-006 „Improvement of working conditions for employees of the Katowice Oncology Centre” for the Priority: FESL.05.00-European Funds for the labour market, for the Action: FESL.05.13-Healthy worker. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the procedure under Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law.
