France – Environmental impact assessment for construction – Mission de diagnostic dans le cadre de la réhabilitation de 120 logements locatifs sociaux collectifs résidence « Le Vallon »

The present contract concerns the performance of a diagnostic mission (DIAG), an element of the design mission as defined in Articles R.2431-19 and following of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) and Annex 20 of the CCP. The services consist of providing the client with all the technical, functional, regulatory, energy, economic, and heritage elements necessary to define the rehabilitation programme and to prepare for a possible subsequent design or works consultation. The details of the mission elements are defined in the "Engagement Contract" document and the CCTP.
