France – Children animation services – Délégation de Service Public pour la gestion du périscolaire de la Ville de Creutzwald

To provide, in the form of a public service delegation, in accordance with Articles L1411-1 and following of the General Code of Local Authorities, all public service missions for the out-of-school care of the children of the schools of the City of Creutzwald from 1 January 2027. The reception and animation will be provided in the mornings, midday and evenings. At midday, the delegate will provide school catering. It must comply with all legal provisions relating to hygiene and safety. This public service will be financed by income from the participation of families, the Family Allowance Fund and a contribution from the City. The delegate will, at its own risk and peril, manage the service in accordance with the principles of continuity, equality and adaptability of the public service.
