Belgium – Furniture – Marché d'Etude et fournitures de biens mobiliers pour la HEPN et l’EHPN

The contract concerns the supply, delivery, assembly and installation of furniture, as well as the provision of study, support and interior architecture services for the aesthetic, functional and technological furniture layout of the premises of the buildings in question below. Two distinct sites in the Province of Namur are involved, namely: • the Campus site, located at Henri Blès 192 in 5000 Namur, • the Citadel site, located at Avenue de l’Hermitage in 5000 Namur. The present mission therefore constitutes a mixed mission combining service (interior architecture) and supply (furniture with complete installation) services. The service mission aims to analyse and integrate the specific features of each of these sites in terms of spatial, functional and technical constraints, as well as usage and organisation. While a harmonisation of the furniture and layout principles should be sought where relevant, each site will be the subject of a specific layout project, adapted to its own characteristics. This mission will also aim to propose a coherent and sustainable vision, taking into account the institutional image of the establishment, ergonomic and pedagogical requirements, as well as budgetary and technical constraints.
