Restricted design contest for a real estate operation on the Pierre Laffitte Campus of the Sophia Antipolis site of Mines Paris - PSL. The real estate operation includes: - Construction of two experimental research buildings, MEDTECH and HIGHTECH; - Construction of an applied research building; - Landscape development on a campus-wide scale. The project's financing has been the subject of grant applications to the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region and the Sophia Antipolis Agglomeration Community (CASA). The financial envelope allocated to the works by ENSMP amounts to 12.2 million euros excluding tax (April 2026 value). As an indication, the contract will be concluded for an estimated duration of 36 months, to which the warranty period for completion, understood as including the lifting of the last validly reported reserve, must be added.
