The subject of the contract is the renovation of the view of the large hall of the University Pastoral Centre in block D, lot no. 211, parcel no. CKN 2934, cadastral area Karlova Ves, municipality Bratislava-Karlova Ves, district Bratislava IV in the area of Mlyny UK, owner Comenius University in Bratislava, Šafárikovo námestie 6, 814 99 Bratislava (hereinafter also the "purchaser"). The large hall of the UPeC serves religious, cultural and sporting purposes. A more detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in Annex 1 – Project Documentation and Description of the Subject of the Contract and in Annex 2 – Measurement Statement.
