Bulgaria – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – „Доставка на хранителни продукти за нуждите на ТП ДЛС „Широка поляна“ за срок от 24 месеца

The subject of the public procurement contract includes: Delivery of food products, as follows: bread and bakery products, meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, fruits and vegetables, spices and other food products, upon prior request from the Contracting Authority. The types of food listed in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 of the documentation are forecast in quantity and the Contracting Authority is not obligated to fully utilise them, and may request other products outside of those listed within the maximum value of the concluded contract, the price of which will be indicated in the price list provided by the contractor with the given articles for each request, to which the percentage trade discount indicated by them in their price proposal (Appendix No. 3) will be applied. The indication of a trade discount percentage in the price proposal is mandatory! The delivered food products must have a marked expiry date, which must be no less than 70% of the total expiry period declared by the manufacturer. Pursuant to Article 47a of the Public Procurement Act and Ordinance No. N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products, subject to public procurement, the documentation contains environmental requirements for the products being delivered. The requirements are listed in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 of the documentation.
