The contracting authority intends to purchase the services of IT specialists (IT systems analyst, database programmer, back-end programmer, front-end programmer, IT systems tester). This procurement will create a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Suppliers who are allowed to participate in the DPS will be invited to submit tenders for a specific procurement in this DPS. When carrying out a specific procurement in the DPS, the requirements for the procurement object will be provided in the technical specification of the specific procurement. The services will be purchased according to the needs of the contracting authority.
