Belgium – Oxygen therapy unit – Raamovereenkomst voor langdurige zuurstoftherapie voor het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg

This public contract concerns the supply of long-term oxygen therapy to patients within the oxygen convention. More specifically, it involves the supply and installation of the equipment, medical oxygen and accessories at the patients' homes, as well as the maintenance, monitoring and support of the patients, if applicable and according to the guidelines of the convention. More specifically, it concerns the supply and installation of:

- Oxygen therapy with a stationary oxygen concentrator

- Oxygen therapy with a stationary oxygen concentrator and filling compressor

- Oxygen therapy with a stationary and portable oxygen concentrator

- Oxygen therapy with a portable oxygen concentrator

- Oxygen therapy with liquid oxygen

The contractor also provides a digital monitoring platform. Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg currently uses Pneumonline at the Sint-Jan campus. At ZOL Maas and Kempen, no digital monitoring system is currently in use. There is no mandatory transfer of existing patients to the successful contractor(s). Existing patients will continue to be supported by their current healthcare provider. The allocation key included in the contract documents applies only to new patients who are started from the beginning of the framework agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right to decide otherwise in individual cases if this is considered necessary for the continuity of care or the proper execution of the contract.
