Netherlands – Catering services – Het verzorgen van barbecues t.b.v. Evenementen

The contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one (1) undertaking for the provision, upon request, of barbecue arrangements for Events at defence locations in the Netherlands, including the Wadden Islands, as well as at external locations that are temporarily or permanently in use by the Contracting Authority. For each Event, the Contracting Authority will request packages and/or individual Products from the range as described in the Technical Specifications (Annex 3). The arrangements are requested in two variants: (i) pre-prepared Products that guests prepare themselves on the barbecue, and (ii) non-pre-prepared (raw) Products that are exclusively prepared by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority will handle the reception and guidance of guests, (standing and buffet) tables and seating, lighting, a canopy in case of rain, waste disposal and processing, handwashing facilities, and electrical and water supplies. The Contractor will provide all other aspects, so that they are independently able to provide the barbecue (including gas barbecues with gas, personnel, crockery, cutlery, napkins, and presentation/decorative materials).
