armasuisse requires suitable instruments for the systematic assessment of competencies and potential. To this end, Assessment Centres (AC) are to be used in the recruitment process to enable candidates to be assessed in a practical and objective manner. In addition, Development Centres (DC) and other instruments are to be offered to existing employees to identify and promote their strengths and development potential in a structured manner. The aim of the call for tender is to select a reliable, experienced and competent supplier to support armasuisse in the implementation of Assessment and Development Centres in accordance with the requirements of Annex 2.0, and to ensure a practical, objective and systematic assessment of competencies and potential.
