The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is established for the supply of medicinal products. The term of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is 36 months. Supply of medicinal products through a dynamic purchasing system in accordance with the technical specifications, detailed in the Technical Annexes to the Invitations, which the Contracting Authority will send to the candidates in the second stage of the DPS. The forecast quantities of the products to be supplied will be indicated in the Technical Annexes to the Invitations, which the Contracting Authority will send to the candidates in the second stage of the DPS. Due to their forecast nature, the quantities indicated will not represent either a minimum or a maximum total quantity that the Contracting Authority will declare for delivery during the period of execution of the respective contract. Upon execution of the concluded contracts for the supply of medicinal products, the Contracting Authority will declare such quantities of products as it needs, taking into account the volume and nature of the activities it carries out.
