The subject of the contract is the Sale and delivery of a body composition analyser for the Faculty of Health and Psychology. 2. A detailed description and the method of execution of the contract is contained in the Subject of Contract Description (SCD), which is Annex No. 1.1 to the Contract Notice (CN). 3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. The non-division of the contract into parts is contained in the CN. 4. The contracting authority envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law (PPL). 5. In accordance with Article 257 of the PPL, the contracting authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject of the proceedings, if the public funds, which the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract, have not been granted to it. 6. The contracting authority does not require the submission of a bid bond. 7. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a guarantee of proper contract performance. 8.
