France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre relative à la restructuration et l'extension du stade de glisse et à la construction d'une piscine communautaire à Noeux-les-Mines

The consultation aims to award a public contract for a design mission related to the restructuring and extension of the Stade de Glisse, including the creation of a community pool in Noeux-les-Mines. The total floor area is estimated at 3,751m², including 1,600m² of rehabilitation. The financial envelope allocated for the works of the Stade de Glisse and the community pool is 11,655,000 Euros excl. VAT. The tasks to be assigned are as follows:

Base mission (art. R.2431-8 and seq. of the Public Procurement Code):

- Sketch (ESQ)

- Pre-design studies including preliminary design studies (APS), definitive pre-design studies (APD) and the building permit and other administrative authorisation file.

- Project studies (PRO)

- Assistance to the client for the award of public works contracts (AMT)

- Checking the conformity of the execution studies with the project when they are carried out by the economic operator in charge of the works and their VISA and partial EXE limited to quantities and synthesis

- Management of the execution of public works contracts (DET)

- Assistance to the client during the reception operations and during the perfect completion guarantee period (AOR)

- Fire safety system coordination (CSSI)

- OPC mission

- Energy mission (NRJ)

- Environmental studies (case by case and impact study if necessary; Environmental authorisation)
