The subject of the contract is the provision of emergency intervention services along with repairs and the performance of maintenance inspections of personal, goods, personal-goods, kitchen lifts, window cleaning mechanisms (electric), and platforms for disabled persons (hereinafter referred to as “Lifting Devices”), installed in the buildings of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as “KPRP”). 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 parts. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract consists of: Annex No. 8 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and Annex No. 1A to SWZ – Price List. 4. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 18 para. 4 in conjunction with art. 133 para. 3 of the Pzp Act, will make available the documents mentioned in para. 3, namely: 1) Annex No. 8 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ); 2) Annex No. 1A to SWZ – Price List, at the request of each Contractor applying for the subject contract – the request is Annex No. 7 to SWZ. The request for the provision of documentation is submitted through the Procurement Platform, after prior registration on the Procurement Platform. To register, the Contractor should use the “I participate in the procedure” tab, register, and then go to the “Correspondence” tab. Registration and participation in the procedure do not oblige the Contractor to submit an offer.
