France – Processing and clearing services – MARCHÉ 26.027 DE FOURNITURES, LIVRAISON ET GESTION DE TITRES RESTAURANT (DÉMATÉRIALISES)

The subject of the present framework agreement is the supply, delivery and management of dematerialised meal vouchers for the benefit of the agents of the Syndicat de l'Orge. The meal vouchers are special payment vouchers issued by the employer to its agents to enable them to pay, in whole or in part, the price of a meal consumed in a restaurant or purchased from a fruit and vegetable retailer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L. 3262-1 and following of the Labour Code. Under the present contract, the meal vouchers are exclusively dematerialised and loaded onto an electronic medium (dedicated payment card and/or mobile application).
