France – Construction work for buildings relating to health – MARCHE GLOBAL DE PERFORMANCE RELATIF A LA REALISATION, L'EXPLOITATION ET LA MAINTENANCE DU NOUVEL HOPITAL DU PAYS SALONAIS

The contract includes optional lots as defined in the tender documents. The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices. The purpose of the present consultation is the award of a works contract in the form of a contract associating the operation and maintenance with the execution of the services related to the construction of the New Hospital of Pays Salonais in order to meet quantified performance commitments, in accordance with Article L.2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code (global performance contract).
