Description

Ellevio is conducting a procurement for a Framework Agreement for cable works in Stockholm's tunnels. The procurement includes work within security-sensitive activities and will place special requirements on, among other things, security protection, competence, and execution capability. The Framework Agreement will cover work with varying scope, technical complexity, and voltage levels, primarily 33, 110, and 220 kV. Ellevio will provide the cable, as well as joints and cable terminations for 110 kV and 220 kV. All other material required for the contractors' complete execution shall be included in the contractor's commitment. The procurement is conducted as a competitive dialogue according to the law (2016:1146) on procurement within the utilities sector (LUF). In this first step, suppliers apply to participate in the procurement. Those suppliers who meet the qualification requirements and are selected will be invited to a dialogue. During the dialogue phase, Ellevio and participating suppliers will address, among other things, the design of the framework agreement, the call-off model, delivery obligation, capacity, and resources, as well as technical and commercial prerequisites. The planned duration of the Framework Agreement is preliminarily 5 years with the possibility for the contracting authority to extend the agreement three times by 12 months.
