The Spandau District Office of Berlin intends to expand and completely renovate the Bernd-Ryke Primary School complex. Since no alternative site is available, the expansion must be carried out during ongoing operations. The subject of the present procurement are the planning services (basic services) of phases 1 to 6 of the scope of services for structural design according to HOAI as well as special services.
