Hämeenlinnan seurakuntayhtymä requests a tender for the new construction contract of the Hämeenlinnan central parish house. The contract type is a comprehensive contract. The comprehensive contractor is the main contractor for construction works, acting as the principal contractor (hereinafter also the contractor) and as the principal responsible for the site's responsibilities and the work site services as per YSE 1998 3 §. The construction project includes, among other things, spaces related to the practice of religion, such as assembly spaces, a parish hall, office spaces, and a kitchen. The parish part is structurally wooden. In addition, the project includes a building part, in which 15 apartments for sale will be built. The apartment part is structurally concrete. The project also includes two above-ground basement floors, which will include, among other things, a crypt, a public shelter, storage spaces, technical spaces, and a parking hall. Project size - floor area 4650 m2 - other area 2276 m2 (basement K1 & K2, attic) - total area 6926 m2. The design of the project was arranged through an architectural competition, and the building can therefore be classified as high-quality.
