The contract involves a railway company performing shunting and rail transport services at the trimodal terminal of Ribécourt, including:

• taking charge of trains or train rakes on the holding siding of Ribécourt station;

• conveying them, by traction or pushing, to the trimodal terminal, using the Terminal Branch Installation (ITE);

• the necessary shunting on the terminal tracks to position the wagons at loading or unloading points, which may include the formation of train rakes;

• if necessary, the necessary shunting on the tracks of the Ribécourt station siding (formation, breaking up or reforming of train rakes);

• returning the trains or train rakes from the terminal to the holding siding of Ribécourt station;

• crossing, under the responsibility of the Contractor, the level crossings located within the terminal's footprint.
