France – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Accord cadre à bons de commande pour la réalisation de travaux de menues réparation et d'entretien courant sur l'ensemble du patrimoine de SETE THAU HABITAT OPH situé sur le territoire de la communauté d'agglomération de Sete Agglopole Mediterranee et sur les communes de Agde et Vias (34) - 10 LOTS

Framework agreement with order forms for the execution of maintenance and routine upkeep work comprising 10 lots, each concluded for a duration of one year, renewable three times without exceeding 4 years. The work will be carried out across the entire property portfolio, which currently consists of 4,283 housing units located in the Sète Agglopôle Méditerrannée agglomeration and in the communes of Agde and Vias (a total of 14 communes located in the Hérault). For lots 6, 7 and 8 (sanitary plumbing), the services are divided by geographical sector (3 sectors - see DCE documents). The framework agreements will come into effect, on a provisional basis, as of 01/01/2027. Each lot includes a social clause.
