The framework agreement will be executed in part by the issuance of purchase orders and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The purchase orders will be issued and the subsequent contracts will be concluded upon the occurrence of the need(s), and not according to a pre-established schedule. The breakdown of the project management task is that set out in the tender documents.
