The contract concerns the supply of a georeferenced terrestrial photogrammetry solution to carry out the inventory of public electricity distribution assets for the Regional Directorates of Bourgogne, Champagne-Ardenne and Picardie. The inventory produced must enable a cartographic update in the company's asset information systems. The associated process, divided into two parts, is as follows:

1. Acquisition Part: provision, in the form of monthly rental, of the equipment necessary for the acquisition of high-precision geographical data on the ground, via georeferenced terrestrial photogrammetry.

2. Monitoring and Processing Tool Part: this involves the provision of a web platform enabling photogrammetric calculations, vectorisation of assets from the 3D point cloud and its export to the defined formats. The Regional Directorates of Bourgogne, Champagne-Ardenne and Picardie wish to use this technology for connection works (individual connections of less than 36 kVA).
