Switzerland – Construction work – Beschaffung Rahmenvertrag Baumeisterarbeiten im Bahnumfeld

The subject of this framework agreement is the execution of construction works (predominantly civil engineering works) in the railway environment for maintenance works and orders of the SZU. The framework agreement serves the flexible, efficient and high-quality handling of recurring as well as construction services in connection with the operation, maintenance, renewal and expansion of the SZU's railway infrastructure. Due to the complexity of the requirements, the aim is to conclude a framework agreement with a single contractor. The services include, but are not limited to (for a more detailed list, see document B1_Lastenheft_Baumeisterarbeiten): · Setting up construction sites and erecting working scaffolds · Demolitions and dismantling · Earthworks, excavation and dismantling works · Concrete and reinforced concrete works (in-situ concrete, precast elements, foundations, retaining walls, shafts, etc.) · Masonry works · Excavation pit closures and simple special foundation works · Sewerage, utility line and drainage works · Paving works according to BKP · Temporary measures, construction states and temporary safety measures (fall protection) · Marking works, for example on traffic areas · Winter services · Quick response times in the event of safety-relevant damage · Flexible call-off of management services over the contract period
