The design and construction of a new swimming pool on the property located at 850/1. hrsz. in the urban area of Nagykálló. Design and construction of a new educational swimming pool by adapting the design and construction plans of a TTT2 educational swimming pool. During the adaptation of the plans, the drawings must be prepared in such a way that they comply with local urban planning, urban design and other legal requirements specific to the location of the construction, as well as any site-specific conditions that influence the architectural, structural and other design and layout aspects. The facility will be a three-storey building containing a large pool of 15 m x 25 m with a water depth of 1.90 m and a teaching pool of 6 m x 10 m with a water depth of 0.8 m. On the basement level, there will be the pool machinery, on the ground floor there will be an entrance hall, a cash desk, changing rooms, the pools, toilets, storage rooms, machinery rooms, and on the attic level, there will be the air conditioning units. The planned new swimming pool has a gross (usable) floor area of 1,311.8 m2. The teaching pool is 60m2, the swimming pool is 375 m2. The total water surface is 435 m2. Design task: - Preparation of building permit drawings for the swimming pool building, the road and parking, the park, and the utilities, - all necessary permits, coordination with the relevant authorities and experts and - preparation of construction drawings for the swimming pool building, the park, the road and parking, and the utilities. The permit and construction drawing documentation must be prepared using the BIM methodology, in accordance with the details specified in the BIM execution plan. The winning bidder is obliged to provide the necessary extent of design supervision until the completion of the construction. Construction will be carried out in accordance with the construction drawings, including the construction of a covered swimming pool building, related swimming pool technology, landscaping, and external utility works. The contracting authority, pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), specifies that any reference to a specific brand, origin, type of item, process, activity, person, patent or trademark in the call for proposals and the procurement documents is made solely to clearly define the subject matter and that the term shall be understood to mean "or equivalent". It is the responsibility of the bidder to prove equivalence.
