France – Platforms lighting – Marché transversal - Etudes et fournitures d’une gamme de luminaires linéaires de type LN et leurs accessoires pour les espaces du Metro, RER et Tramway

This notice aims to renew an existing range of linear luminaires, known as LN, with interchangeable light sources of the type LED module and their accessories (including technical modules). The contract includes the completion of industrial studies, followed by the supply of the corresponding equipment, in existing or evolved configuration. These equipment are intended for the lighting of spaces in metro stations, RER stations and Tramway stops. The Contract Holder will be responsible for: • Industrial studies and associated execution documents; • Development and manufacture of prototypes and first series; • Supply of technical documents: certificates of conformity, industrial drawings, calculation notes, photometric files, instructions and technical sheets, maintenance and installation instructions, environmental sheets and quality assurance plan; • Industrial manufacture and supply of LN range products. The LN range elements and all supplies must comply with the rules of the art and meet decrees, orders, standards, national and European regulations as well as specific RATP documents in force at the date of signature of the contract. In case of divergences or discrepancies between the requirements, the most restrictive will be retained. The contract will be a mixed contract with lots comprising a firm lot and four optional lots in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and maximum amount. The four optional lots are not cumulative; they correspond to the four new functionalities requested in the CSFT. Following the design studies that will be carried out for these four functionalities as part of the firm lot, RATP will only retain one of them for development and industrialisation and will confirm the corresponding optional lot. The minimum and maximum amounts of the four optional lots are defined in amounts only and therefore, the quantities allowing to reach these amounts can be different from those specified in the price list. The achievement of the minimum and maximum amounts is assessed by comparing the amounts mentioned in article 5.1.3, with the sum of the OLS issued including the price revision. The lots are broken down as follows: In the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the second paragraph of Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the services to be provided include: o Carrying out industrialisation studies; o Production of a lighted mock-up; o Supply and installation of prototypes; o Supply and installation of first series; o Carrying out tests, homologations and certifications, and supply of the DOE; Optional Lot 1 (TO1) - supply of LN luminaire in 4 different powers In the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the second paragraph of Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the services to be provided include: o Supply of the range equipment o Any additional studies o Tests o Assistance with installation o Possible storage Optional Lot 2 (TO2) - supply of LN luminaire in 4 different powers with modification of the rear wiring of the LN In the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the second paragraph of Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the services to be provided include: o Supply of the range equipment o Any additional studies o Tests o Assistance with installation o Possible storage Optional Lot 3 (TO3) - supply of LN luminaire with modified primary connection In the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the second paragraph of Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the services to be provided include: o Supply of the range equipment o Any additional studies o Tests o Assistance with installation o Possible storage Optional Lot 4 (TO4) - supply of LN luminaire in adjustable light flux version and with modified primary connection In the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the second paragraph of Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the services to be provided include: o Supply of the range equipment o Any additional studies o Tests o Assistance with installation o Possible storage
