Netherlands – Recruitment services – Werving & Selectie management- en strategische (ondersteunende) functies

The contracting authority wishes to outsource the recruitment and selection of management and strategic roles (levels 11 to 15) and strategic support roles, aimed at structural employment and explicitly not for hiring via a secondment or flexible arrangement. With this tender, the Contracting Authority aims to engage one expert party to carefully, consistently and diligently perform the entire recruitment and selection process, for which the contractor is responsible for, among other things, the job descriptions, external publication, networking, and (pre)selection including screening and assessments, and the Contracting Authority provides the substantive input, the interviews and the onboarding. The contract value amounts to €900,000 for the entire duration of the contract, including extensions.
