France – Preventive maintenance services – MARCHE D'EXPLOITATION AVEC MAINTENANCE ET GROS ENTRETIEN DES INSTALLATIONS DE GENIE CLIMATIQUE DU CENTRE AQUATIQUE YOURI GAGARINE - RELANCE

The present consultation aims to have the following services provided by the contractor for the City of Argenteuil at the Youri Gagarine aquatic centre's HVAC facilities: - P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations - P3 (GER): Major maintenance, renewal and total warranty of installations - P3 (mandatory works): Renewal plan and mandatory works - P5: Ancillary works: Ancillary works carried out as part of the contract. The present contract is a relaunch of the previous contract covering the same subject (reference: 2026/BAT/07), which was declared void. In accordance with Article L.1111-4 of the Public Procurement Code, this is a public service contract.
